Vivaro is a fitness challenge platform that connects users with squad-based accountability groups to achieve fitness goals through challenges, tracking, and social features.

3. Account Registration

You must be 13 or older to use Vivaro
You must provide accurate, current information
You're responsible for maintaining account security
One person per account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Post offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content
Upload false workout data or photos
Spam or advertise without permission
Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
Post inappropriate photos in squad chat or the Color Walk Challenge
Use the nudge feature to harass other users
Create fake accounts or manipulate challenge progress

5. Subscription Terms

Free Tier

Limited to 2 active challenges
Access to basic features

Vivaro Pro

Price: $9.99/month or $79.99/year
Billing: Charged to your iTunes Account
Auto-renewal: Renews automatically unless canceled 24+ hours before period ends
Cancellation: Manage in iTunes Account Settings
Free Trial: 7-day trial (if offered)

Important: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Fitness Disclaimer

Medical Advice: Vivaro is NOT medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any fitness program. We're not liable for health issues or injuries.

7. Health Information Disclaimer

Vivaro is a fitness accountability app, not a medical application. Calorie targets, protein goals, and nutrition information provided are estimates for general wellness purposes only and are not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

8. User Generated Content

By posting photos or messages in Vivaro, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app. You are responsible for content you post. Do not post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

9. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post
You grant Vivaro a license to use and display your content within the Service
All Vivaro branding and features are owned by Vivaro

10. Advertising

Vivaro uses Facebook advertising to promote the app. By using the app and granting tracking permission, you consent to the use of your advertising identifier for ad measurement purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

12. Limitation of Liability

We're NOT liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

13. Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, United States.

15. Apple-Specific Terms

For iOS users:

These Terms are between you and Vivaro, not Apple
Apple has no obligation to provide support
Apple is not responsible for addressing claims

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
