Rolling enrollment: You can join anytime — your challenge duration starts from the day you join. Everyone's on their own timeline!

Points = Consistency + Completion:

• Daily check-in: +5 points
• Challenge completion: +30 to +150 points (varies by challenge difficulty)

Workouts, steps, and measurements don't award points — they count toward challenge progress.

When you finish onboarding, you're automatically matched with a squad of people who have the same fitness goal as you (up to 50 members).

Your squad is your accountability crew: You compete on the leaderboard, chat together, and see each other's challenge activity. It keeps you motivated!

Yes! When you start a workout, you can:

• Edit any exercise (change weight, sets, reps, add notes)
• Delete exercises you don't like
• Add your own custom exercises

Your changes are automatically saved. Use the "Reset to Default" button if you want the original template back.

The leaderboard ranks everyone in your squad by total points earned. It's reset-free — points accumulate over time.
